Returns & exchanges

In accordance with article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of fourteen (14) working days to return, at his own expense,

the order he has made, if for one reason or another, it does not give him satisfaction.

This period runs from the day of receipt of the Product(s).

Only Products that are unworn, unwashed, and returned with their label and composition label intact, will be accepted by LIVAM.

The Product(s) must be returned in its (their) packaging and its (their) original packaging to the following address:

The buyer must attach a photocopy of the invoice for the Product(s) to his return.

If all the above conditions are met, SARL LIVAM will reimburse the Buyer,

within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt by SARL LIVAM of the package

(the date of dispatch by the Buyer constitutes notification to LIVAM of the exercise by the Buyer of his right of withdrawal)
